The pillars are carefully constructed to your specifications, and
with your cat(s) in mind. They're built from the inside out. The
base is sturdy material such as PVC pipe. The perches are made from
all sorts of material, such as plastic, styrofoam, foamcore, and
even cardboard reinforced with fiberglass, papier mβchι, and plaster. The cat pillars are designed to support the weight of your cats, and any roughhousing your cat may be inclined to do on it. They're covered with sisal rope or carpet in a variety of colors. The beds are lined with plush fabric to make an enticing nest for your cat. Because the cat pillars are custom-made, you are involved in the design. The pillars are creatively shaped, and are intended to be interesting pieces to have in your home. Upright pillars will require some type of base; we prefer 16"-20" pots filled with 100lbs-150lbs of marble chips, but other bases can be made. We don't ship the rocks; you can get this at your local hardware or garden supply store. |
